When Bhai Comes Home Drunk, I Think of Section 125 CrPC

Just as momma bear gets Rs 5,000 from papa bear every month for her expenses, similarly, when a child is born or conceived, the father (even if he's the one who left) is supposed to take care of the kid's expenses, which includes food, shelter, clothing, etc. If the father doesn't pay, the mother can take him to court and claim the maintenance allowance. Now, next time, bhai comes home at 4 am, I'll remind him of Section 125.
