What's the Lowdown on 'Constructive Possession'?

Yaaar, I'm struggling to wrap my head around this term from our TPA notes. Textbooks say it's when someone has control over property without physically holding it, but that's like explaining cricket by saying "someone hits the ball and runs". What I'm looking for is an example. Like, say Rohan builds a new extension on his dad's land using a contractor, but Dad isn't home to give or receive the actual keys. Is that constructive possession in action? Can anyone give a relatable example or a real-life case that makes this concept clear?
