What's the Difference Between Nuisance and Ryotwari Land Use?

Yaar, samajh nahi aaya. I'm stuck between nuisance and Ryotwari land use. They seem so similar. Nuisance is when someone's action interferes with my use and enjoyment, right? Then why do we have Ryotwari as a separate concept? Is it just when there's some disturbance, but in a more rural or agricultural context?

I'm thinking of a scenario where a farmer's livestock is entering a nearby residential complex and causing a ruckus. Is that a case of nuisance, or since it's an agricultural activity, it's Ryotwari land use? Please help, I'm totally confused. Can someone explain how these two are different or if they're even related?
