What's the deal with "lawful possession" under TPA?

Kya aap logon ne Section 14 ka interpretation dekha hai? Yeh kehta hai ki 'lawful possession' ka matlab to "physical control" hai, lekin kya yeh shuddh 'possession' se alag nahin hai? Kya yeh koi "mixed fact situation" hai jahaan mere control ka concept chala jata hai? Aur agar aisa hai, toh iska matlab toh yeh hai ki mere kabhie "lawful possession" nahi banta, beech keh raha hai ki control bhi kuch aur hai ya property ka ownership bhi?

Toh maine socha toh isse TPA vs IPC ke 'possession' ka dhyaan dekhna padega. Yeh toh kai question ke like lag raha hai jhaan koi "mixed case" hai.
