What if a Social Media Influencer gets stuck in a riot?

crpc_bnss clat_ug intermediate hypothetical

Ab kya hoga, yaar? Suppose a popular social media influencer becomes stuck in a riot while promoting peace and love, but his followers get agitated and start threatening police officers. Influencer is trying to defuse the situation but gets detained anyway. Would police be justified in detaining him under Section 136 CrPC for protection of public safety? Under BNSS law (the Bombay Nursing Homes and Hospitals, Sanatoriums and Charity Institutions (Registration and Control) Act, 1959) can his social media channel be considered a 'healthcare institution' and therefore be liable for not following protocols and regulations? Kya hoga, kya nahi hoga?

Arre yaar, ye sawal bahut interesting hai. Riots mein aapko police, Section 129 of Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC) ka fayda utha sakte hain. Ye section under which police can arrest a person for breach of peace, ya public nuisance hai. In case influencer ka kuch ho gaya, police inko FIR mein nikaal sakti hai & bina warrant ki zaroorat ke arrest kar sakti hai, bas breach of peace ki jaanch karne ke liye.
