What if a Private University is given same Jurisdictional Powers as Government University by Modi Government?

If Modi government decided to give private universities the same jurisdictional powers as government universities, I'd say this would be a major constitutional controversy, yaar. We'd be facing a major challenge to the principles of Article 15(1) and Article 21 of the Constitution. Private universities are already getting more and more powerful, and this move would give them almost absolute power to admit or reject students. But what if the govt decided to take this to the extreme and gave them the power to impose their own laws?

Under Article 14, you know, we have the principle of equality before the law. Now imagine a scenario where private universities have their own laws, and government universities have different laws. Wouldn't that be a clear violtion of the principle of equality? And then there's Article 21, which guarantees protection of life and liberty.
