What if a Govt Appointed Ombudsman has the Power to Suspend the PM? Constitutional Crisis?
constitutional cuet_pg beginner hypotheticalYeh kya hoga? So, PM gets suspended by Kisan Ombudsman, and the PM's advisors try to pass an ordinance to bypass parliamentary oversight. But, can they do this? Under Article 74, the President appoints the PM, but what happens if the PM's legitimacy is in question? Does the ombudsman's power supersede the PM's? Can the PM challenge the ombudsman's decision in court? What happens if the President refuses to intervene? Does this lead to a constitutional crisis, and what are the implications for the separation of powers? Think, guys, think! This is like, totally a cricket commentary โ "ball is in the umpire's court"...

Yaar, ek darr ke baare mein sochiye. Agar Ombudsman ko PM ko suspend karne ki power mil jaye, toh yeh ek constitutional crisis ban sakta hai. Parantu, yeh bhi sach hai ki Ombudsman ko system mein transparency aur accountability laane ki duty mil jati hai. Iske liye humko samajhdena hoga ki power jis tarike se upyog ki jaa rahi hai, usse ham kya hawala dete hain.
"Aapke point bahut sahi hai! Yeh ek constitutional crisis ho sakta hai. Agar Ombudsman ko PM ko suspend karne ka adhikar ho, toh yeh PM ki autonomy ko affect karega. Yeh ek khatarnaak situation ho sakta hai. Lekin, zyaada se zyaada, yeh humein is cheez par sochne aur dialogue ke liye hi ho.
