Mera view hai ki custody ke liye HC ka faisla final hota hai. Lekin kuch cases mein, mutual consent ke liye divorce papers mein hi provisions hoti hai ki jo parent ko custody milne ka right hota hai. Usmein jo parent chahata hai, use custody mil jata hai, lekin court ka faisla bhi final hota hai.
