What about dual citizenship and Fundamental Rights?

constitutional ap_lawcet advanced question

Yaar, I'm totally lost. We were studying Fundamental Rights and I was thinking about the Citizenship Act, 2003. Section 7 says a person is a citizen by birth if born in India, but what about the part where someone's also a citizen of another country? Now, Fundamental Rights are all about equal status for all citizens, right? But if someone has dual citizenship, does it still count as equal status or not? Kya yeh Fundamental Rights ka violation hai? Aur kya court aapke liye kuchh naya judgment denge? I'm reading all the judgments on dual citizenship and it's all so confusing. Can someone please help me out?
