vicarious liability of parents for children's tortious acts

Mera khaandani hai, bhai, parents ko bhi shamil hona chaahiye. Abhi har case mein parents ko protect kiya jata hai, 'cause they'll say "bachelor's parents" yada "minor's parents" aur usko chhod do. Lekin kya hoga jab bachcha aadmi banta hai aur phir uska kuch ho jata hai. Kya to uske parents ko bhi jawab dena hi padega.

Bhai, yaar, I think the parents can indeed be held vicariously liable for their kiddos' tortious acts. I mean, they're supposed to be the guardians, nahi? But, at the same time, we gotta consider the 'control and responsibility' aspect, like if the kid acted independently. Anyone else agree or got some differing views?
