Understood Judicial Review in MPC Case!

Anyway, maine suna ki MPC Case mein judicial review ka matlab hota hai ki Constitution ko apnaanewala power hi hai, uski power ko chekin. Supreme Court mein jo case file hota hai, uski review karna Supreme Court ka duty hota hai. Aur agar High Court bhi yeh decide kar sakta hai ke kya Constitution main ho sakta hai, toh Supreme Court wapas mein yeh case check karega.
