Understanding the difference between Delegatus non potest delegare and Delegation of Powers under the Indian Constitution

admin clat_pg advanced doubt

Yaar samajh nahi aaya, maine socha tha inhein kya difference hai, but abhi bhi confused hoon ๐Ÿคฏ! In dono concepts mein delegation kya hota hai, usi cheez ka hi mention huya hai. Kuchh sources kehte hain ki in dono ke liye koi specific condition ya limitation nahi hoti, phir kuchh logon keh rahe hain ki inke liye certain rules or guidelines hote hain. Kya in logon ko galat hain ya maine galat socha hai? Main apne CLAT PG k studies ke liye iske beech aasani se kaise aakarshit ho sakta hoon? Please help!

"Mujhe lagta hai ki ye do concepts bahut hi important hain. Delegatus non potest delegare ka matlab hai ki jo authority kisi doosre ko delegate karta hai, usko woh kisi aur ko delegate mat karna chahiye. Lekin Indian Constitution mein delegation of powers ka concept alag hi hai, jahaan jo authority delegate kiya hai uske paas bhi delegation ki authority hoti hai.
