Understanding "Conspiracy" in IPC - A Real-Life Example Needed
criminal ailet beginner definition_doubtIn Criminal Law textbooks, it's easy to get confused about the term "conspiracy" because it sounds so abstract. In the IPC, Section 120A explains it as an agreement between two or more people to do something illegal, but how does that actually play out in real life? Like when I interned at the law firm, our lawyers kept talking about some case involving a "conspiracy to commit murder," but they didn't explain how it worked. My friend who's also preparing for AILET told me about this one case - maybe someone knows it - where a bunch of people planned to kill a businessman, but didn't actually do it yet. Help me understand, what's the deal with conspiracy in IPC? A real-life example would be a huge help!

"Bro, ek baap ka example lekin yeh hai, aap sunna. IPC 120B me kaha gaya hai ki koi bhi person, conspiracy ke liye punished ho sakta hai, agar vah anya ke saath milkar koi ghatna karne ka plan banata hai aur uski wajah se ghatna ho jaati hai.
