Article 21 of our Constitution, yaar - very important! It talks about protection of life and personal liberty. Any law that's 'arbitrary, discriminatory, or violative of a fundamental right' can be struck down. Fundamental rights, including Right to Life, Equality, Freedom of Speech, and others, are guaranteed. If a law infringes on these, it's invalid. Courts play a crucial role in ensuring these rights are protected. It's a safeguard for citizens and promotes social justice.
