Maine ye question 2021 ke LLB ke exam mein aaya tha. Question thi: "A person is arrested under section 105 CrPC. What can be done with his property?" Maine ye question 3 baar padha aur abhi bhi samajh nahi aaya 😭.

Ek friend ne mujhe bola tha, kuchh aise procedures hai jo arrest ke baad property ke liye kiya ja sakta hai. Main ne kaha tha ki 102 CrPC ke baad 105 ke liye property ko seize karna hota hai. Par kya? Question ke bare mein discussion ke liye koi clear provision nahi thi.

Correct approach toya hota hai ki 105 ke baad 102 ke provisions ka application hota hai.
