Approach: sab se pehle, Article 226 ka dhyan rakho, jiske baare mein pata hai ki High Courts ko kiya karna hai, aur kiun. Iske baad, judicial review ke rules aur restrictions ko samjhna hoga, jaise kewal public interest cases, state actions, aur judicial discretion ke andar se.

Bhai, I completely agree with u on this. Judicial Review by High Courts can be super tricky. The CUET PG Law question papers often try to confuse us with the nuances between writ jurisdiction of HCs & SC. But, let's not forget, HCs can review administrative actions under Articles 226 & 227. Need to keep that in mind while answering questions

Main samajhta hoon ki yeh koi Article 226 ke baad hoga, jaha hum High Courts ki power par majhkar aaraam de rahe hain. Lekin, yeh bhi dhyan rakhein ki court ke paas action lena bhi ek vishay hai, jisse unki power aur discretion ki baat aa sakti hai.
