Meri understanding yeh hai ki Trespass mein ownership ka concept nahi hai, aur main kisi bhi jagah par koi vadaam ya nuisance kar sakta hoon. Lekin Trespass Quare Clausum Fregit mein jo bhi karta hai woh agar khud ka property wahan hai, toh uska koi offense toh nahi hai, lekin agr voh kisi dosri ka property mein ghus gaya hai toh vo offense hai. To kya exact difference hai isme?

Arre yaar, I think there's a huge difference between Trespass and Trespass Quare Clausum Fregit. While Trespass is a general term for entering someone's property, Trespass Quare Clausum Fregit specifically involves breaking someone's boundary. So, if I accidentally enter my neighbour's garden, it's Trespass, but if I intentionally break the wall, it's Trespass Quare Clausum Fregit with intent to enter. That's my two paise. Agree or disagree?
