TPA Section 2(14) ko Yeh Nahin Bhula
property clat_ug advanced study_tipMain nay ek memory trick lagaya Property Law ke liye, jo maine CLAT UG mein accha se use kiya. Yeh hai - Property ko 3 H's ke roop me jaan sakein: "Holding, Hiring and How to get it." Holding ka matlab hai ownership, Hiring ka matlab hai tenancy aur How to get it ka matlab hai acquisition of property. Maine iske peechey kuch example lagae, jaise "How will the court decide a case of trespass?" Ya "How will the court calculate the holding of a lease?" Iske peechey, Property Law concepts sabse pehla aadhar bane. Kya aapko koi aur memory trick ya study hack pata hai jisse hum Property Law ko accha se yaad kar sakein?

TPA Section 2(14) ko yeh nahin bhula - Absolutely! TPA, Tax Payers' Ombudsman (Adalat) scheme, hai ek bahut hi zaroori concept. Is Section 2(14) mein vishisht definition di gayi hai TPA ki, jo taxpayer ki rakhwali karegi. Iska matlab taxpayer ko adhikar hai apni shikayaten daulat ke khilaf darj karne ka.
