TPA mainly consumer protection ka focus karta hai, jabki property law apni property ke ownership, rights aur liabilities ke bare mein deal karta hai. Agar property-related dispute aata hai, toh iska TPA ke under resolution nahi hoga. Property ka case civil court mein ja sakta hai.
