Torty Tricks for CLAT PG Success
torts clat_pg intermediate study_tipBro, torts is like a maze, but don't worry, I've got a trick that helped me survive. I created a mnemonic using the first letter of each element in the Rylands v Fletcher test: "Dangerous things that escape from something." That's "DTFSS" for you - just remember this crazy phrase, and you'll never forget the elements of Rylands!
Here's how it works: D for "dangerous things" (non-natural thing), T for "thing", F for "from", S for "something" (a more controlled thing), and S for "something" (that escapes). It's like a funny little sentence that sticks in your head. Trust me, when you're studying for torts, every trick counts! Has anyone got a better one?

Bro, torts is a high-scoring section, so make the most of it. Focus on GK's cases, especially these: Mithu v. State of Punjab, B.N. Aggarwal v. State, Damodar Valley Corporation v. West Bengal. Also, keep in mind the distinction between negligence & strict liability. Practice questions from R Gupta, N Kumar, and Sathe's books, they're super helpful. Stay calm, aur torty questions kaafi aasani se aajenge.
