Abhi toh case lagta hai kya? Tortious interference kya hota hai? Khaali baat, kisi dusre ke business me interference karna, uska damage karna. Lekin agar koi competitive business hai aur dusre ki policy se profit karna hai, toh yeh fair hai kya? Abhi toh mere pas pata hi nahi hai ki yeh tortious interference ke under aayega kya? Bina judicial precedent ki, difficult hai decision lena.
