Section 32 of the Contract Act 1872 ke under, Tortious Interference ka definition hai - "any act which is interference with the operation of a contractual relation such that such interference results in, or probably results in, such loss or damage as is mentioned in sub-section (1)".
Ab maine samjha hai yeh concept sirf contractual relations ke baare mein hi nahi hai, balki business relationships, personal relationships aur even marriage bhi under its purview aate hain. Koi bhi relationship jo contract se judi ho, uske interference se loss ho sakta hai.
