Tortified: Need Help with CUET PG Law Law of Torts

torts cuet_pg advanced resource_request

Yeh bhai, I'm in a fix. I've tried following the Ratanlal and Dhirajlal textbook, but it's like a thick wall of text that I just can't penetrate. The notes from our previous class toppers are okay, but they don't cover all the topics, and I'm worried I'll miss something important. I've also tried watching some YouTube videos on Law of Torts, but they're either too basic or too complicated. Has anyone studied from the Salil K. Jain book? Can you recommend any other resources or notes that are super helpful and easy to understand? I need something to kickstart my studies and prevent a repeat of last semester. Help!

Bhai, Law of Torts can be super confusing! I think the key to acing CUET PG Law is to focus on the concept of duty of care, and how it's breached. Also, don't forget about the distinction between intentional and negligent torts. Study the landmark cases like Donoghue v Stevenson and Rylands v Fletcher, they're a must-know!

Arre beta, don't worry! Law of Torts in CUET PG is a tough nut to crack, but you'll be fine. Just remember, Torts is all about wrongful acts and civil liability. Focus on Salmond's definition, Rylands vs Fletcher, and Vicarious Liability. Practice past year questions and take mock tests. And don't forget to read the NCERT textbook thoroughly, it's the key to success. You got this, ekdum acha hoga!
