Tort-ally Confused

Bro, I'm on my third iteration of Law of Torts notes and I'm still not getting it. I've tried Dr. Ousey's notes, but they're too old and dry. Then I picked up D.D. Basu, but it's like he expects you to already know Torts. I've also watched some video lectures on Unacademy and LegalBharat, but I still feel like I'm stuck on the basics. Can someone recommend a good book, notes, or video series that's actually helpful for DU LLB entrance? I've tried Mulla on Torts, but it's too thick and I don't know what to focus on. I feel like I'm drowning in torts. Please help a student out!
