The TPA Puzzle: A Challenge for Many

The question from DU LLB Entrance 2020 was this: "X, Y and Z are three friends who have been renting a flat in New Delhi owned by ABC. X pays Rs 10,000 per month as rent, Y pays Rs 8,000 per month, and Z pays Rs 6,000 per month. One day, ABC tells them that he wants Rs 15,000 per month. X agrees, but Y and Z refuse. Can X get an injunction against Y and Z to prevent them from vacating the flat?"

The trick here is to identify the relation between X, Y, Z, and ABC. It seems like a simple TPA question, but think about the concept of a 'tenant' under the Indian law.
