The TPA: Because India Needed More Bureaucratic Red Tape

property cuet_pg beginner rant

Abey, can someone explain to me why we need a Transfer of Property Act that's as long as my summer exams combined? It's like, we have a concept of property, right? Person A transfers it to Person B, person B gets it, Person A loses it. Voila! That's it! But no, we have to complicate this with the concept of absolute sales, conditional sales, and gift deeds. And don't even get me started on the difference between a lease and a license. It's like, come on, who has time for this?! But, if you're going for CUET PG Law, you better get it all straight in your head. So, remember this: absolute sale is where the seller has no rights over the property, while a conditional sale means the property can't be transferred until a certain condition is met.

Main toh puri tarah se TPA ki hawa mein hoon! Ab bhi, main yeh samajh nahi sakti ki yeh TPA zyada bureaucratic red tape se nahi, balki isse hamesha se hee India ki system khatre mein rakhti hai. Yeh toh humein 'Ease of Doing Business' ka slogan dene walo ki aisi kya zaroorat thi? Ab to hamesha se hee shuruat mein hi hatao.
