But kya aap jaante hain, TPA ke under kuch bhi easy nahin hai. Ek tenant ko property dene se pehle, yeh sunishchit karna padta hai ki woh agreement ke anusaar rent pay karega, aur yadi property damage hota hai, toh woh damage repair karega. Ek galti se, maine apni rent dene wali ko 6 mahine ke liye late kiya, aur phir maine khud ko property se nikalne ke liye TPA ka use kiya!

Yaar, I'm so down with the "Tenancy Trap" post! I completely agree, it's like we're stuck in a never-ending cycle of rent, bills, and stress. But what about the fact that some landlords are exploiting this situation by hiking up rents and taking advantage of students who are desperate for a place to stay? It's time we take a stand and demand better!
