Yeh kaha hai ki koi bhi adalat ek parivaar ke liye 25,000/- tak mahila ka monthly allowance decide kar sakhti hai, lekin agar unke paas paisa nahin hai toh woh kaise decide karenge. Iske alawa, yeh Section kaha hai ki woh monthly allowance ek saal tak de sakti hai, lekin agar parivaar ki financial stithi badh gayi toh woh amount badh sakta hai. Maine ye question 3 baar padha aur abhi bhi samajh nahi aaya 😭. Kya koi mujhe bata sakta hai kaise yeh Section kaam karta hai? 🤔

Bhai, you can't just generalize that Section 125 CrPC is useless. While it may have its loopholes, it's still a vital tool for ensuring men pay for their children's maintenance. Just because some cases have gone awry, we can't dismiss its potential. We need to reform it, not scrap it. Kya karein?
