Yeh baat 2025 mein bhi true hai, yeh provision 1978 mein add ki gayi thi lekin hum 45 saal badh chuke hain. Abhi bhi yeh kaha jata hai ki agar central govt. kisi rait ka property cancel karega toh rait ko 1 year tak compensation milega. 1 year ka koi isthmiaal nahi hai. Maine ye question 3 baar padha aur abhi bhi samajh nahi aaya 😭. Ye aisa lagta hai jaise ki govt.

Bhai, I totally agree ki Article 300A ke claim of protection of 'right to property' hai ek sham. Abhi bhi, poor logon ki property ko nazilon se bachaya nahi jaata. Kanoon mein yeh dharkatma hai ki sab log saman hote hain, lekin sach mein yeh to ek jhootha dava hai.
