The Right to Property - A Housemate from Hell

So, whenever my flatmate decides to rent out my room without asking, I think of Article 300A. You see, it says property rights can't be taken away without following due process. Same thing happens here - he can't just kick me out without going through the motions. I mean, the thought of him trying to do an ex parte order or something sends me into fits of laughter. Like, can you imagine the drama? Me, the oppressed tenant, fighting for my rights, and he, the cunning housemate, trying to get rid of me without following the law. The irony is, this is exactly why I'm studying law - to avoid such situations in my own life.
