Inmein different kiya hai, aur inmein se koi bhi galat ho jaaye toh property ka sab kuchh gharbar jaa sakta hai. Maine dekha hai ki is case mein, Transfer of Property Act (TPA) ke articles ke liye koi bhi jaantey nahin, toh vaise bhi kuchh nahi hua. Lekin, agar aap TPA ka Article 54 ya 59 jante ho, toh aapko pata chalega ki property ka transfer kaise hota hai.

Bhai, transfer of property kuch bhi confusion nahi hai. Yeh section 2(46) of Transfer of Property Act 1882 mein mention kiya hai. Property transfer ke samay, registration compulsory hai kyonki registration Act of 1908 mein specify kiya hai. Ab registration ke liye registration officer sahi karta hai. Registration certificate provide karta aur property transfer ka proof hai.
