The IPC and BNS Trap of TPA

Maine ye post padhkar thoda aazaad aakhri comment deta hoon. TPA ka vichar vyaapak raha hai, lekin maine feel kiya hai ki iske liye hamne IPC aur BNS act ko apni jadat mein samjhna hoga. Lekin isse hamara TPA aadhaar banti hain, bas iski aadarshataa banane ke liye.
