The IP Conundrum: CLAT UG Cram

Okay, guys, I'm on day 5 of a 10-day study spree and I'm still struggling with Intellectual Property (IP) for CLAT UG. Mock test results are giving me sleepless nights: Bailment 10/10, Pledge 8/10, Patent Law 9/10, and IP in Contract 6/10. The real nail in my coffin is IP in Tort: 4/10. Weak areas? My head spins when I think of it:

• Patent Infringement vs. Unfair Competition in the context of 'Samsung' vs. 'Apple'. Confusion galore!
• Section 32 - 53 of the Indian Patents Act: how many of us can actually tell the difference between novelty and non-obviousness? Not me, that's for sure.
