Aap logon ko Halsbury Rule ki wajah se bewafaana ho raha hai kyunki uss ke baare mein confusion hai. Halsbury Rule ek principle hai jiska uttaran Section 3 of Indian Evidence Act mein milta hai, jo kehata hai ki 'when the consideration of a question of fact depends on the existence of another fact, the existence of such other fact may be proved as well as the fact in issue.' Simplified form mein toh, yeh rule evidence ki prabandhan aur kram ko lekar hai.
