The Great Debate: Judicial Review vs. Judicial Remedies
admin cuet_pg advanced doubtYaar, samajh nahi aaya! I'm stuck between two concepts in CUET PG Law that seem like they're having an identity crisis - Judicial Review and Judicial Remedies. Both deal with the exercise of judicial power, but it seems like they're two different sides of the same coin. Judicial Review, in the context of Administrative Law, talks about the power of courts to examine the legality of administrative actions, right? But then Judicial Remedies pop up, and I'm like, "wait, isn't this just another term for the same thing?" Are they interchangeable? Or are Judicial Remedies more specific to the types of remedies available to challenge administrative decisions? Please help!

Main toh yeh maanna hoon ki Judicial Review aur Judicial Remedies dono hi apni jagah hai. Judicial Review mein court ki sabse badi bhoomika hai ki unhe kanoon ki samajh aur maano ka khayaal rakhna hai. Judicial Remedies mein court ko victim ko justice milegi. Lekin Judicial Review ke liye court ko kai kanooni badle ki avashyakta hogi.
Bhai, judicial review aur judicial remedies don't hai mutually exclusive. Judicial review ko isliye seekha jata hai taki judiciary aapno kehna do sake ki koi law unconstitutional hai ya nahi. Agar judicial remedies ka upyog kiya jata hai to unke sath judicial review bhi hona chaahiye. Isse court ko aapni decisions ki validity check karne ki adhik shakti milegi.
