The Great CPC Conundrum

You know, kya pata, every time my mom says, 'Beta, kuch bhi na karega, yeh sab mere paas hai' (Son, don't do anything, everything is with me), I think of CPC 151. Yeah, that's the one where I read that the court can't just shut out a plea for relief on a technicality. My mom may not know the law, but she's basically a CPC 151 expert in our household.

Same thing happens when I'm out with friends and we're discussing some dispute. Someone always brings up, 'Abhi aapke paas options hain kya?' And I'm like, 'Yeah, read CPC 96 and you'll know.' It's become this running joke. CPC is everywhere, from home to college to friendships.
