The Evidence Act is a Boring Saga (BSA)

Ye kya hai? I swear, the Evidence Act is like a never-ending maze of complexities and loopholes. Sections, chapters, and subsections everywhere - it's like a maze of contradictions. What's a primary evidence? Is it primary or not? And what the hell is the difference between an admission and acknowledgment? And don't even get me started on hearsay - ye kya hai, iskay definition kya hai, iska scope kya hai? Mera head phat gya hai!

But seriously, have you guys noticed how the BSA (Bengal Suppression of Immoral Traffic in Women and Girls Act) has references to the Evidence Act? Like, what does one have to do with the other? Immoral traffic se related Evidence kya? And then there's this one thing - where the burden of proof shifts. Like, seriously, who can keep track of it all?
