The CPC Needs a Makeover, Not Just Amendments!

Yeh, I know, most people will say, "Arre, CPC is the best code in the world!" But honestly, have you tried teaching CPC to non-lawyers? It's like trying to explain quantum physics to a 5-year-old! The way it's written, the way it's structured, the way it's amended... koi sense nahin hai! (no sense at all!) It's like, the Law Commission keeps saying, "Oh, we need to amend this, amend that." But why not think about a completely new code that's actually user-friendly? I mean, Section 96, Section 99, these are just too complex. We need a simpler, more organized CPC that even non-lawyers can understand. Is this idea galti hai (wrong)? Do you agree with the current state of CPC?
