The Contract Law is Oversimplified in CLAT PG Prep
contract clat_pg advanced hot_takeKya aapke paas yeh socha hai kabi? I think contract law is way too easy to mug up in CLAT PG. Don't get me wrong, I love the subject, but the way we teach it in prep materials is, honestly, a joke. We just memorize some cases - Carrefour, Bhatia - and we're done. What about the underlying principles, the nuances? We're just regurgitating, not actually understanding the law. Take Section 28, for instance. It's all about 'free consent', but do we know the real meaning of free? It's a complex concept, and we're just not exploring it. It's high time we went beyond mugging up and actually delved into the intricacies of contract law. Kya aapke paas yeh socha hai kabi?

Bhai, don't worry, CLAT PG prep ka goal toh baap ke liye hote hain, na? Woh oversimplified form mein hain lekin exam mein baap ka dhang hoga. Just focus on concepts, aur practice wala sawal aapko easily aayega. Don't just mug, try to understand contract wala chapter, woh ek vast chapter hai lekin aapko concepts clear rakhna hoga. Tension mat le, aapke pass hoga!
