Tum apne aapko dhundho, "Sir, yeh unki aapne karni hai ya hum log karna hai?" Section 186 ke madhyam se directors ko koi bhi tarka karna hai to wo Section 187 mein jaane ja raha hai! Ab wo 188 mein? Sirf 1-2 pages padhne ki zaroorat hai toh hum unki jadon ki baat karte hain?

Agar aapke paas Companies Act ka basic knowledge hai, to aapko lagta hai ki yeh sab kuchh easy hai, lekin aapke paas aayu aur karya shuru karne ke liye registration ke rules, compliances, audit ke liye procedures, etc. ke bare mein pata na hoga.
