Jo incidents hain jahan doctor koshish karta hai, par patient ke paas proof ki kami hai, toh kya doctor ko bhi burden uthna chahiye? Ye ek darr kee baat hai. Main samajhta hoon ki yeh court ki faisle par depend karta hai.
