Same vibe as the Arnab Goswami case, where the top honchos at Republic TV were held liable for broadcasting a sting operation without obtaining the necessary licenses under the Cable TV Networks (Regulation) Act, 1995 and the Programme Code, 1932. Just like how the rickshawala's intransigence can lead to a messy situation, the non-compliance with these regulations led to a legal storm for Arnab and co.
