Terror at Tawa

Rohan buys a flat in a posh society 'Tawa Towers' for ₹1.5 cr. in 2018. The builder promises a 24x7 gym, swimming pool, and a 5-star restaurant on the rooftop. On the possession day, Rohan finds out the gym is a small space with old machines, the pool is just a small tub, and the rooftop has a tiny kitchen and not a fancy restaurant. The builder tells him it's all part of the 'facilities' mentioned in the brochure. But they have changed the words to 'proposed' facilities.
