Tension between Tenants and Landlord

Saurabh and his family are renting a flat in a residential building in Delhi. They signed a 11-month lease agreement with the landlord, Mr. Kumar. However, Mr. Kumar started to harass Saurabh, asking him to vacate the premises in 3 months without a proper notice. The rent is also 2 months in arrears. Saurabh received a notice of eviction, threatening to take possession of the property if the rent is not settled within 15 days.
