Google ne tribunal mein petition di thi jahaan unko section 11 ka benefit mila. Is section 11 me likha hua hai ki tribunal ko koi bhi case reject karne se pehle iska notice apne paas wala court ko pahuncha na hoga. Tribunal ne kaha ki case reject karne se pehle unko notice pahuncha hone ki zaroorat nahin hai.

Yeh case ek baap ka hai, aisa lagta hai! Telangana Govt vs Google, ismein Section 11 of Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 ka use kiya gaya hai. Yeh case Google ki side thi, jo ki 12,000 crore ke claim ke liye Tribunal me appeal ki thi. Section 11 ka use karein iska matlab yeh ki Tribunal ka faisla last hota hai aur high court ka intervention keval extreme kasein mein hota hai.
