Taxation Law: Aur Bhi Bada Problem Hai Uska Teaching Naam Hai

I think CUET PG Law is all wrong to focus on taxation law as a compulsory subject for all students, especially from the general category. Taxation law has its own place, but for students who may not pursue careers in direct tax law, it's just a burden. My papa, who's a lawyer, always says, 'Taxation law is the backbone of every business, but not every lawyer needs to be a tax expert.' I agree with him. Why can't CUET PG Law allow students to choose between, say, consumer law or family law instead? Both have real-life applications and are more relatable to the common man. Taxation law is too complex and specific, and students who aren't interested might struggle to grasp it. What do you think?
