I was studying from the usual suspects - Ramaiya, Palkhivala, etc. But the moment I started reading about section 56(2)(viib), it was like my mind went numb. I didn't understand why it was there, what it meant, and how it related to the other sections. I spent hours re-reading, making diagrams, and watching videos, but my performance in the mock tests and practice questions was abysmal.
Now, I've changed my strategy. I'm focusing on understanding the concept of each section and how they fit into the overall tax framework. I'm also making flashcards to help me remember key terms and phrases. And the most important thing - I'm not just reading from one book.

Arre, yeh sawal to lagane ki zaroorat nahi hai! Tax khud ka kala hai. Tax ka kala se hai, kyonki yeh koi vishesh aadmi ya vyakti nahi hota, balki ek aisi shamilata hai jo hum logon ka karyakram hota hai.
Bhai, tax khujli se bachkar ACs se start karo. Koi bhi accountant ya CA consultant se meeting lelo, unka expertise lelo. Online courses bhi dekh sakte ho, koi free lectures dekh lete hain. Agar apne office ko chhote se start karke apna kaam chalane ka man ho, toh thodi thodi koshish karo. Pehle kuch samajh lete hain, phir kuch karna shuru karo.
