Arre sahab, aapko ye pata hai ki Section 24(b) ka tax deduction sirf self-occupancy property ke liye hota hai. Jahaan tak renovation ke expense ke liye deduction hai, voh Section 54 ya 54F ke under hota hai. Yeh to clear hai ki sirf ek property ke liye Section 24(b) ka tax deduction ho sakta hai, not property investment ke liye.
