Bhai, company law chapter 10 mein "Share Capital" bahut important hai. Aapko ismein share issuing price, rights issue, ESOPs aur share buyback ka concept samajhna hoga. Baki, chapter 11 mein "Debentures" mein debenture trustees, debenture holders, aur redemption ki samasya aati hai. Tame the beast, kya na kya!
