Talaq-e-Hasan vs Talaq-e-Ridhaan: Difference Identified?

family judiciary advanced mcq_debate

I was discussing with my friend Rohan about Talaq-e-Hasan and Talaq-e-Ridhaan. We both know that Talaq-e-Hasan involves triple talaq in one sitting but with a 'tasleem'. Rohan says Talaq-e-Ridhaan also involves triple talaq in one sitting but doesn't have a 'tasleem'. He thinks it's the same as Talaq-e-Hasan. I disagree. According to Islamic law, Talaq-e-Ridhaan doesn't involve 'tasleem' and the three pronouncements are to be made in a single session but with an interval of 'ihram' time in between each pronouncement. Talaq-e-Hasan, on the other hand, involves a 'tasleem' after the first two pronouncements.

"Bhai, to both talaq-e-Hasan aur talaq-e-Ridhaan ek form hai talaq ki, lekin faisle ke peechhe ki jagah dono bahut alag hain. Talaq-e-Hasan, jaise nam dikhaata hai, ek form hai jo ek hi baar talaq ka faisle karne par sambandhit kanooni parinaamon ko rokta hai.
